This policy applies to digital products purchased from Grid & Tone, including downloadable files, wallpapers, LUTs, presets, templates, workspaces, guides, courses, and electronically delivered access.
Digital Purchases Are Generally Final
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Except as described below or required by law, all sales are final once the files, download link, access link, login instructions, or other digital content have been made available to you.
Please review the product description, included files, compatibility information, software requirements, and license terms before purchasing.
When We Will Provide a Remedy
Contact us if:
- You were charged more than once for the same unintended purchase
- You received a different product from the one ordered
- The file is corrupted or has a material technical defect that prevents its intended use
- We failed to deliver the product because of an error within our control
- The product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law
- A product page expressly offered a different refund guarantee
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by troubleshooting, restoring access, redelivering the product, replacing a defective file, or providing a corrected version. If we cannot resolve an eligible issue within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund.
For a bundle, a remedy normally applies only to the affected product or component unless the issue materially defeats the value of the bundle as a whole.
Requests That Are Not Normally Eligible
Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the product page, we do not provide refunds because:
- You changed your mind, no longer need the product, or do not prefer its aesthetic
- You did not review the description, file format, compatibility information, or technical requirements
- You lack the required software, hardware, account, skill, or knowledge to use the product
- Your device, display, source footage, software version, camera settings, or workflow produces a different creative result
- You did not download, open, access, or use the product
- A sale, promotion, or price reduction became available after your purchase
- A third-party service or software changed after purchase, unless the product was materially misdescribed when sold
- You violated the applicable Digital Product License & Permitted Use Agreement
How to Request Help or a Refund
Email hello@gridandtone.com as soon as possible and, for ordinary refund requests, within 14 calendar days after purchase.
Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots, error messages, and device or software details
We may request reasonable information needed to confirm the purchase and diagnose the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We do not provide refunds through a different payment method.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact us promptly at hello@gridandtone.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the order and protect the account.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be waived.
