Where is my download?
Use the download link on the order-confirmation page or in the email sent after checkout. Check spam and promotions, then make sure you’re looking at the inbox for the email used at checkout.
My download link isn’t working. What should I send?
Send your order number, the email used at checkout, your device, and a short description or screenshot of the error. That gives us enough context to help without a long back-and-forth.
The ZIP file won’t open. What should I do?
Download it again on a stable connection and open it from your Downloads or Files folder. On iPhone or iPad, tap the ZIP once in the Files app to create an uncompressed folder. If it still fails, contact us with the file name and device.
How do I install a wallpaper?
Unzip the pack, save the image you want, then choose it in your phone or computer’s wallpaper settings. You can crop or reposition the artwork slightly to suit your screen.
Will the files fit my phone or computer?
Wallpaper packs include high-resolution phone and desktop files designed for modern screens. Uncommon aspect ratios may need a small crop or position adjustment.
Can I get a refund or fix a duplicate charge?
Digital purchases are final once delivered, but missing, corrupted, or inaccessible files will be made right. If you see a duplicate charge, send both transaction details so we can review it. Read the Digital Product Refund Policy for the full terms.
Can I use the files for client or commercial work?
Standard purchases are licensed for personal use on your own devices. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or included in client or commercial work. Send a licensing question through the form if your use case is different.
