Digital Delivery Policy

Grid & Tone primarily sells electronically delivered digital products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped and no shipping charge applies.

How Delivery Works

After payment is successfully authorized or confirmed, your product will ordinarily be delivered automatically by one or more of the following methods:

A download link on the order-confirmation or order-status page.
An email containing a download or access link.
An invitation or link to a hosted template or workspace.
Login or access instructions for a course or other hosted content.

The delivery method may be described on the product page. Most orders are delivered promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed if payment remains pending, the order requires fraud or security review, the email address is incorrect, or a technical service is temporarily unavailable. A digital product is delivered when its files or access instructions are made available through the order page or sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Your Email Address

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email address at checkout. If you do not see the delivery email, check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders; confirm you are checking the address used for the order; search for “Grid & Tone” and your order number; and review the order-confirmation or order-status page. If the product remains unavailable, contact hello@gridandtone.com.

Download Links and Access

Download or access links are intended only for the purchaser and may be subject to security controls or download limits. They may not be published, forwarded, sold, or shared with others. Download purchased files promptly and retain your own secure backup. Unless a product page expressly promises otherwise, purchase does not include indefinite cloud storage, permanent hosting, or guaranteed lifetime availability of a download link.

If a valid link stops working, contact us with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and restore access to the version originally purchased.

File Formats and Compatibility

The product page identifies the supplied format and any known software, device, account, or version requirements. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing. Hosted templates, courses, or workspaces may require an account with a disclosed third-party platform, and continued use may also be subject to that platform’s terms and availability.

Updates

Your purchase includes the product version described at the time of sale. Future updates, new versions, added files, platform migrations, or ongoing support are included only when expressly stated on the product page.

Payment or Security Review

We may temporarily delay delivery while an order is under payment, fraud, or security review. If an order is declined or canceled, any completed charge will be voided or refunded as appropriate.

Licensing

Delivery does not transfer ownership of a digital product. Use is governed by the applicable Digital Product License & Permitted Use Agreement.

Delivery Problems

If a product is missing, incorrect, corrupted, or materially defective, email hello@gridandtone.com. Remedies are governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy.
